Overcharged, damaged and unsecure

First off, I used this company because this is who the shipping agent chose. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to use this company. The $750 is what my agent charged me, more than this company received.

Picking up my car was a disaster. They showed up a day and a half later than they said they would pick it up. They couldn't read a map so I had to drive around town trying to find this shipping truck. Eventually I find them and I give them the car. I had to leave town so I left before I saw them get it on the truck. The guys didn't speak a lick of English so trying to talk to them was damn near impossible. I get a call about 10 minutes later from a friend saying their driver was driving my car through town. I get a different car, go find my friend who is following the driver in my car and get them to stop. The driver says he lost the truck (which had PLENTY of room to load on my street - no low lying branches, 4 lanes wide, no cars on the street) and the truck driver wouldn't pick up his phone. I end up driving around even more to find the truck which was over 2 miles from where they "picked it up".

They were going to store my car in their storage yard... "storage yard." Their version of a storage yard is on a residential street. I go to pick up my car and there is a door ding, a scratch on the passenger door, a scratch on the B-pillar and they managed to put 12.9 miles on the car. The guy I picked it up from (not the driver) was all defensive and said the door ding wasn't their fault because I was going to do it anyways and you could only see it when the door was open. Hello, the door was closed and I was looking right at it! The drivers clearly slammed the door against the side of the shipping truck. The guy I picked it up from also said the drivers said nothing happened to it so it wasn't his fault. The scratch on the passenger door was a few inches long and vertical (meaning it didn't get hit by a branch, but someone scratched it with something).

The quote for the damage, $1150. That's way more than I paid for shipping!
