Waited 11 days and was promised a pickup was coming ASAP. Wouldn't return calls or answer emails. NO COMMUNICATION PERIOD! They sounded great at first promising the moon but just wanted your deposit and sign a contract that locks you in for a 10 day period. Had to cancel the contract do to non performance in a timely manor!
Called another broker who located a auto transporter that picked my car up the same day I called and the car was delivered to me 3 days later over 3000 miles away! I should have called this company first because they came through as promised without any excuses!!!
