I have never dealt with such a company that provided a such “Poor” service as this company. Consumers beware of these folks. They will promise you the world; once they have your money…you are history! I was given a price of $1095.00, however, it was raised to $1195.00, and because my Ford Ranger (short bed) was an oversize vehicle, (I was told this by Joe Daniel). A short bed Ford Ranger was consider an oversize vehicle to these folks, what would has happen if I shipped my Toyota Tundra (which is almost a FULL size truck, like a F150-American full size truck)…However, the price was for my 1997, Ford Ranger from Fort Bragg, NC to Oak Harbor, WA (a Naval base) was $1195.00, with a deposit of $195.00. That I paid to them before they did anything, which they did NOTHING in the long run. They told me that within seven day the vehicle would be pick-up, well, seven day came and went. After almost 20 days later, I called to only to be placed on hold and minutes later, customer service come on. The woman that answered the phone told me, “sugar, sorry that we have not pick-up your vehicle, but we offer $100 back to you if we have not pick-up your vehicle after seven/ten days.” However, two days later, I call again, this time talked to Donna, and she tells me that the woman made a mistake, that the $100 only applies to the Platinum service and I was in the Silver/Gold service. What a mix up, these folks have. Donna Told me to fax her a letter saying that I would pay the driver additional $50.00 if they pick-up my vehicle. Ethics from a company with 40 years of service (?) like this needs to be questioned. However, Donna told me that I can cancel my order. Well, I cancel my order in writing by fax, which Donna suggested (which I have a copy with date); the date was 2 Feb 2006. This is where it gets good, Donna tells me that it takes 14 days for a refund, can you believe this, 14 days for a refund (with all this modern stuff we have and it takes them 14 days). I checked with my bank and they process they claim on the $195 already, that it not take 14 days. Meanwhile, after many calls, I called and ask to speak to the manager or owner; they connected me to “Andy,” (last name?) He tells me that it takes 14 days also, after a while and getting nowhere with him I hang-up and waited after 14 days until now. Remember, Donna/Andy told me that it takes 14 days to get a refund, well it now 6 March 2006 (9:00PM Eastern standard time) and no refund yet and I cancel my order on 2 FEB 06. I have already checked with my bank and NO CREDIT to my account. Also, spoke to “ANDY” today (6 Mar) his time 2pm (to what he told me---my time was 5pm), he told me let me check with my bookkeeper, I will call you. Well, I am still waiting, no call back.

BOTTOM LINE IS I have contact the state Attorney General of CA on this matter and will continues until something is done on this company and its business practices. The CA state Attorney General, I would think they would have done something on this company since they are so many complaints that are posted on the website on this company: http://www.transportreviews.com/addReview/survey.asp?intCompanyID=128 .
The CA state Attorney General needs to do something against this company since it works to protect Californians and legitimate businesses in that state through the enforcement of consumer protection and fair competition laws, which this company I feel its not living up to. They make promises and not delivery, in addition, they refund policies need to be look at. This state has very strong guidelines on protecting Californians and legitimate businesses in the state through the enforcement of consumer protection and fair competition laws, how about those outside of the state of CA dealing with company within the sate of CA. The enforcement of consumer protection and fair competition laws should apply to all, not only Californians, but also other Americans, especially us the military. So, I encouraged all that this Company has taken on a ride, to file a complaint with the state Attorney General of CA, to STOP PEOPLE/COMPANIES LIKE THIS EVER DOING BUSSNIESS IN THIS GREAT COUNTRY OF OURS.

My complaint is going to the Attorney General of CA and the California Public Utilities Commission
