I contracted with this company to transport my vehicle on 9/19/05. I opted for the silver service as I was not in a hurry.On 10/07 called and left a message for Bill Evans. No return call. Called again on 10/10 spoke to Bill Evans. He was very combative immediately. Told me they need more money to move my car. I asked him If he couldn't move the car for the price they were asking why give me the quote. I told him I feel like the are extorting me and I wanted to cancel my move with them. I was informed that I signed a contract and couldn't cancel till 21 business days had passed. I had to wait until the 17th. 10/18 called back Bill Evans assured me the car would go out this week. 10/23 got a call from Donna. If I give them more money they will try to get it shipped. I told them it had to be shipped by Wednesday. She was going to immediately send a contract for the additional. It was taking a long time for her to e-mail the contract so I went to this site. When I saw this was a trend for this company. I called back and spoke to Donna she transferred me to Bill Evans. When I told him I had looked at the reviews on this website he hung up on me. It is amazing since this happened 5 glowing reviews have been posted 4 of which were within 5 hours of each other after no posts for over a month. Looks pretty fishy to me but you be the judge. They did credit my credit card back 3 days later after I filed a dispute.
