Absolutely horrific "customer service"

I should have done more research before I responded to their email quote. Thankfully I did my research and 2 days after I placed my call and discovered what a mistake I had made. When I called to cancel and get my deposit refunded I was treated very rudely and was even threatened and insulted on the phone by the so-called customer service rep. They tried to tell me that my deposit was non-refundable after I had verified it was refundable before I set up a pick up date. I had to call my credit card company to let them know the situation, which I had told them I would do,who told me they would assist me in filing a dispute. My husband called to speak with them, and he was also treated rudely and insulted. Shortly after his conversation wtih them I received an email telling me that I would receive my $200 deposit back. As it is late friday I will not be able to see if the refund transaction was completed until early next week.

Regardless, do not ever use this company who have a terrible and horrible "customer service"
