VERY UPSET customer-DO NOT use

HORRIBLE,ATROCIOUS, DISHONEST,DECEITFUL! do NOT recommend using. Added extra charges via "another carrier" who we are not able to contact anymore. Advanced Logistics hung up on me when we tried to discuss extra charges. Charges exceeded anything extra within the contract. Advanced Logistics would not give me my down payment back after 10 days of not picking up the car, claimed it was still "reasonable time". "other carrier" demanded cash deposited directly into bank account or would charge storage fees. Basically car was held for ransom! Nothing we could do. Additional 10% fuel charge was added even thou price of gas has fallen considerably since signing the contract. Advanced Logistics will not answer the phone now when we call.

This is a total lie, the phones are answered from 9am -5pm est mon-fri and even after hours, if the customer did not reach us they should have left a voice mail. The charge is due to the diesel fuel prices and the increases received from the trucking company which the customer knew from the time that they signed the shipping order and terms and conditions, this should have been questioned at that point and either cancelled or continued with the move.
