Horrible experience

I spoke with Barry 3 weeks in advance and he gave me the run down of how the cross country pick up and drop off will go - but it was very far from how it actually worked. Once they got my $200 deposit, my contact changed to a foreign man who was hard to understand over the phone, and would tell me everyday that the car would get picked up tomorrow morning. I would make arrangements, wait, hear nothing, then call again that afternoon to hear that he can pick it up the next day. This went on from Tuesday to Friday - when I had already left (Friday was outside of the liberal 3 day "pick-up" range that I had signed my contract with and paid a deposit for) - and even Friday felt like I was pulling teeth. I had to leave my car with someone else to deal with (unacceptable) and hope that everything went smooth. We were told it would take 4 to 5 days to get there. On the 8th day, without the promised 24 hour notice, I got a call demanding that I get to the drop off address because they were waiting there with my car. Ready with cash in hand, I go out of my way to meet them, to find out that I owe an extra $130 - which I don't have in cash. I couldn't get a hold of my original contact, Barry, and my choice was to pay the money or not receive my car. I figured the $130 was worth getting this ordeal over with, so I went to a local ATM (accept only cash - a little unnerving), and paid the driver (also foreign and hard to understand). I left Barry a "please call me back" message - and never heard from him. The whole experience was terrible, please look elsewhere if you want to transport your car.
