They picked up my vehicle at 2:00 A.M!!!Their English is terrible!!! Russian??? They could not find my address even though it was on a major street. I had to drive the car 2 miles to a location at 2:00 A.M. They did damage to the rear quarter panel and covered it up with a shabby body repair!!!! I did not notice the damage until a week later when washing the car. This company cannot be trusted. I have shipped my car a number of times cross country and this was the VERY WORST experience.
