We are moving across the country and were supose to have our Pontiac moved across the country. They were quick to respond to us up til we payed the $100 deposit. Since, we have received one e-mail saying they would be in touch closer to the pickup date, the 17th of December. It is now the 28th and we have not heard a peep from any drivers or across america auto transport. As it stands now, I'm going to have to fly back and drive it across the Country myself. Use this company, or any company Barbie Herrera is a part of, at your own peril.

I first posted this 12/28/11. About 20 minutes after I did, Across America calls me and tells me Barbie had some family problems and isn't with the company any more, hince the reason my order "fell through the cracks". They offered to try to uphold their deal if I took my review down as it made it harder to find truck companies when bad reviews were posted. I, stupidly, agreed to take it down and give them a few days to see what they could do. I only gave them a few days as the price of plane tickets were going up and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for for them and we needed the car over here for work. Later that night I went to take the review down and noticed Across America had filed a dispute against it saying I wasn't a customer. I replyed to the email from this reviw site with my receipt and invoice and it was put back up the next day. Again, a short while after the review was reposted, I received a call saying they were working on it and to take the review down. They said due to storms in Florida they were having trouble finding trucks. I told them I would, but by the next day I would need a yes or no answer. They agreed and I emailed the review company and asked id I could have my review pulled for the time being. The review was still up the next day and low and behold, I get a call from them. They said they wanted the review down but could not get my car to me by the time I needed it. They offered to keep looking or to give me a refund. I told them I would take the refund and take the review down, which I did. However, it is a week later and I haven't heard anything from my bank, wepay, or this company. As for the wall of text, I do apoligize; I am having to type this on my phone as my computer is in the trunk of my car... 3000 miles away.
