Originally when I received this quote along with many others, I was plesed to see that their cost was reasonable and a little lower than the competitors.

Once I was ready to book the transport they came back to me and said that the driver they had for that time was going to be considerably higher than quoted. I had only prepared to pay the quoted amount. They gave me the option to pay them the quoted amount then and pay the remainder of the amount owed the next week..but the catch with that there was going to be a $75 fee in addition to the already higher price.

I was unable to use that carrier at that time for financial reasons. I chose to wait for what I thought was going to be a carrier that was within the quoted amount.

I was contacted and told that a driver would pick my car up on Friday or Saturday and it WOULD BE DELIVERED (not might be..it said would be) on Monday. I took the day off work and the diver did not deliver the vehicle on that day. On the day they emailed me, I immediately emailed back inquiring on the cost I was to give the driver because I NEVER RECEIVED ANOTHER QUOTE IN WRITING WITH A NEW AMOUNT..only the original quote. I called for four days leavign a message each day and sent three emails trying to find out what amount I was to give the driver because NO ONE TOLD ME THE AMOUNT!! When the driver arrived the next day, he only called me with less than one hour to meet him and I was at work. I was told the driver would call me the day before to arrange delivery and that didn't happen. I had to have the vehicle dropped in a shopping center by my work where it still sits because I can't drive two cars at one time.

When the driver arrived, the amount he needed was considerably higher than the quoted amount. I only had the amount quoted. The driver's dispatch then tried to contact the company and no contact could be made with AAAT.

I have yet to hear from anyone there to see how the transport went. Not even a reply to my voicemails and emails.

Ms. Denman- When you placed your order you expressed the unfortunate event that took place in your familys life. In consideration, I chose to WAIVE your deposit and DIDN'T charge you anything but the cost to transport your van. It is unfortunate that it did cost an extra $75.00 to transport your car Safely and with NO damages. Please remember that BEFORE your order was dispatched to the driver, you where given the option by email and phone of either paying the extra or canceling your order. It's up setting to know that after I did a good deed you still aren't satisfied! Best wishes- Barbie
