DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY If I could give this company 0 stars I would!!! I purchased my new car at Autonation Toyota on 02/28/20 In which the vehicle was prepared for pick up THAT SAME DAY, and was told that I would receive the car by 03/04/2020. Not only did I not receive the vehicle by the specified date, but the car had still not even been picked up yet! I filed numerous complaints with barely any communication reciprocated and the vehicle was not picked up until 03/05/2020 with an estimated arrival date of 03/07/2020. Not too long after that update, I received another update saying that it will not arrive until 03/08/2020, leading in to another update? Today 03/06 at 10:30pm that I will not be receiving the car until 03/09/2020 with no answer when I attempted to contact customer service. I still don’t even know if the car will come on the specified date! This is THE LONGEST and WORST experience that I have EVER had with a shipping company. I will see to it that the Autonation account that they have is aware of how little care they have for their customers or their jobs in hopes that they find a BETTER company because I will NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AND I EXPLORE ANYONE READING THIS NOT TO, EITHER!!
