The carrier they used damaged my car and when I sought help from Ace to see if we could get my car fixed under either Ace's or the carrier's insurance they went completely silent on me and left me to repair my car on my own dime.
Based on the way Ace and the carrier treated me and that their website assures they will take care of any damage caused by them, which I found to be false through my experience, I think that the folks running this place are unethical and should not be trusted with your car.
