I was unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I reached out to the provider via phone/email/text (all three) right after booking this. After 3 business days (they list Saturday as a business day) I couldn't get them to contact me to schedule the pickup. I disclosed to them the required pickup window in the RFQ which they accepted with their bid. I also got UShip support to try to contact them twice and they didn't respond. After 2 days I gave up and Uship canceled the assignment. Uship refunded all funds. I recommend to Uship to remove this company from their vendor list because of the unreliable nature of the company. After I couldn't get in touch with them I also tried to reach them through their Facebook page (also no response) and found a ton of negative reviews. If I had seen all the negative reviews I wouldn't have selected them in the first place. Glad I didn't use them and glad I got a refund. Disappointed I wasted a week of time on this company though.
