Traci at Ace was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I was a little nervous about handing over my prized BMW 525i for transport from Boston to San Diego, but it arrived in fine condition, not even dirty. We were driving our other car cross country and I requested that my car be picked up before we left Boston and that it be delivered after we arrive in San Diego. I got both of my wishes. The driver met me exactly as arranged and gave me his cell number so that I could check his progress. Mine was one of the first cars he picked up. I did call him about three times as he and we were in transit over several days. As per my request, my car was one of the last cars he delivered. Again, he met me exactly as promised. The driver was courteous and professional. We will be moving back to Boston after my sabbatical year in California and I will be happy to use Ace again.
