Very satisfied with the entire process, from start to finish! The customer rep (Harry) was very informative, available, interactive, and diligent - and all through the chat app, which was very convenient. Of course, the same guy was available via phone/text as well - consistent and fluid. The prices and options available were flexible and reasonable, including beating out competitors. The service was dependable as well - the truck got there with no delay, the driver was friendly and helpful, able to scope out destinations conveniently. Overall just very happy, would DEFINITELY recommend and use these folks again.
