My vehicle was being transported from an out-of-the-way city, and without a doubt, Vladi went out of his way, without any additional cost, to get this vehicle directly to me as quickly as possible. Other companies lied to me, made me wait, etc., but not Ace. Additionally, I was originally going to meet the truck in another city a bit further away, but at NO extra cost, Vladi and Roman agreed to drop the car off directly in my city. I will have further cars shipped, and I will use Ace without a doubt. Other companies give low-ball prices and Vladi was not only very reasonably priced, but actually the best priced considering where point A was. Vladi answered the phone every time I needed him and he helped me through a process that I have never been through before. He was always very polite, kind, and helpful no matter what questions I asked (and I had a lot). Thank you! We will do business again!
