absolute auto carriers contracted out Naples Transport, it was a nightmare once my car was gone and to be delivered. tried for 2 days to find out where my car was to only one return phone call from chris at absolute auto telling me he would get to bottem of where my car was, never even called me back. Driver called on a Wed at 2pm and said he was 2 hours away... my car arrived at almost midnight on that Friday. For 24 hours I tried to reach Naples driver on his cell phone and he WOULD NOT call me back. Calling Absolute Auto Transport customer service line was a joke as well. I think it is a voicemail service only, convieniently you could never reach dispatch department or customer service, it would tell you all of their employees were busy and to leave a message and they would call back.... right... all ONE of their employees (Chris) maybe. Naples auto had driver who's english was at best 3 year old child capacity. Watched driver remove my car from transport trailer and speed toward me down the road and hit the speed bump on the road and knocked a chunk out of my spoiler. Nice that I brought it to his attention and he pointed to disclaimer on their company invoice that stated NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPOILER DAMAGE! In the black of night I paid him. In the morning light my car was FILTHY and Scratched on drivers door and a couple of other places. There is a reason Absolute Underbid the competition at $499. vs $585.. and I was working on a very tight budget and took the bait. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, pay a little extra to get satisfaction and piece of mind. I should have used Roadrunner Transport. Hindsight 20/20 and all that. It was a total mess and stressful situation I never want to go thru again. Hope this saves you the hassle of hard earned money taken from you by a bunch of scheisters.

This review is unfair and highly exaggerated. If you see the other comments on this site, you will see that Absolute Auto Carriers has an excellent customer service reputation. While we always try to use the best, most reliable drivers, if we find one to be sub-par, we cease and desist all business with said driver. Second of all, Absolute Auto carriers is a full service company- with a team of logistics coordinators, customer service and sales personnel. Finally, Karmen's vehicle was picked up on time, and delivered a day late due to a minor problem with the transport truck. This was the first time we have heard of any damage to the vehicle until reading this UNFAIR and INACCURATE review. If there was damage, Absolute would have assisted this and any customer in fixing the problem. We cant fix a problem we do not know about.
