Christopher was helpful from the start even when the city changed by 15 miles he honored his original quote even after the 2 week quote deadline I was originally given as I wasnt able to get back with him in time. Took him a week longer than expected to procure me a driver but let me know as soon as he did. The driver didnt call me like he was supposed to set up the pickup in advance called right before he wanted to do it nor did he call in advance to set up the drop off location and payment. He called 4 hours before hand (at 7 in the morning) and stated he could only accept cash, nor was he able to give me a reciept for payment. ABsolute did their share and even provided me with an invoice after but id recommend they may not want to utilize this driver in the future. The price was siginficantly lower than other companies which made me a little nervous but since I had time to spare i took a chance. Id recommend them again and i may need a motorcycle moved soon so they will be my first call. They had no problems with the fact my vehicle wouldnt start.
