I will cut to the chase, worst company ever. They were a day late picking up my car in California and told me they would deliver it to my brother's home in Maryland. After they take my car they then call and say they will not deliver the car to his home because it is on a mountain and not safe. (It is not on a mountain let alone near one, the house is 2 minutes from a freeway.) They said they would drop it off at a Walmart parking lot between 8 and 10am in not just a different city but different county! They didn't show up until 3pm. A side note, they only accept cash or money order for payment. They wanted my brother to wait in a Walmart parking lot with $800 in cash for 7 hours! Shady to say the least. They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone. You just get transferred to full voicemails. When my brother finally got through they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They refused to let him speak to a supervisor and lied about him being out. One guy said he was on vacation and another guy said he was out delivering cars. The guy on the phone then proceeded to drop f bombs on my brother for demanding to speak with his supervisor. So unprofessional, rude, and horrible to deal with. DO NOT do business with these guys. If you go through a broker make sure they do not use them either. After hours of issues and arguing they begrudgingly gave us a $100 discount. Not worth the hassle. Just awful.
