Contacted Larry at Above the Rest for transport of a van from CT to NJ. Larry stated that it would take him an average of 1-4 days to obtain a transport date. Contract read he had seven days to provide delivery of vehicle. After contract was signed and deposit given, communication stopped. I would have to contact Larry to try to get any info. I contacted Larry several times and he assured me he was doing everything possible to obtain a transporter but no one was responding due to the holiday season. After New Years day I contacted him again and again was told he was trying to obtain a transport but had no response. Finally after waiting a calendar week, I found another company that picked up the van 24 hours later and delivered it within 24 hours of pickup. I contacted Larry to cancel contract and he refunded deposit immediately, but never even apologized for not providing service.

We take every review very seriously and what Faye failed to mention was that I told her it takes 1-4 business days which I quote everyone to get their vehicle picked up. Also what she failed to mention was it was between xmas and New Years that I did not receive her order until 12/28 at 12pm. I had less than two days before new years and Monday 1/2 was a holiday. Early on 1/4 she canceled with me which was total of 2 1/2 business days. Faye also forgot to mention that the pickup times were only in the evenings. as she did state I refunded her fee within 15 minutes of her request. Off course someone got her picked up after the holidays which I told her I would do also. Larry
