Original quote $795. As I was in a hurry to ship the car, we exchanged phone calls and email within a day to confirm everything. Everything seems good and decided to use the service, even filled the form and so on. He told me to wait for his call to tell me the pickup time. At the last second, he called me and said the price goes up by another $100. Not feeling comfortable with this kind of TRICK!!! So called another company to to ship my car. Guess what happened, the guy from "Above the rest" called me and INSULTED me, calling me play with him! wtf, I was in the hurry to ship the car and he PLAYED the trick, so I can't even refuse??!!! WORST agent ever!!!

This customer call me twice at 11;00pm in the evening asking if I could get his car shipped asap. Then called again in the morning. I explained the process to him. I thought he understood that I am a Broker who gets a fee for my service $150 and the rest is put on a Dispatch Board for a driver to accept. A driver called in and asked for $150 more. I negotiated it down $50. I called the customer and him him I had a driver who wanted $100 more. At that point I was told by the customer he would try and find a friend to accept the vehicle since he would not be at the destination yet. After waiting 1 hour with no call back the driver informed me that the customer called another Broker and listed the car for $50 more. I informed the customer when he did finally answer that was very underhanded and unprofessional. Cheating him for $100 more is untrue as that goes to the driver. My fee was always $150.00.
