I contacted Able Auto to transport a car I purchased in Texas. They were not the cheapest company that I received a quote from, after some research, I decided to give Able a try. I contacted Able via the telephone and I was greeted friendly over the phone, they answered all questions. I was told it could take 3-5 days. To find transportion, I received a e-mail the next day, my vehicle will be shipped by another auto transport (expected this)
The other company could never be reached, Able sent me wrong phone number for company. tried to call Able for assistance no answer. Sent e-mail to Abel E-mail never answered. Transport Company finally calls to set up delivery time. Time set!! Transport company never shows, no phone call. Next day transport company calls again and set up new time, schedule more time away from work. Duped me 2 times in a row "No Show again!!" no calls, try and contact Able, left detailed message on Able's voicemail, a day later get a call back from rude Able employee (I guess it was all my fault) can't get a hold of company transporting car, Able has no idea where car is, no call back. Lucky enough to have a friend who lives in the area where the company that was moving my car was based, he went over there and asked where my car was, car shows up 2 hours later, no phone call to set delivery, driver waited 3 hours due to my work schedule (oh well) I will not use Able again, but if you choose them, I wish you good luck!! if you are looking for a company that will give you peace of mind for your car/vehicle during the move... THIS IS NOT IT!!!
