This was possibly the WORST experience I've had. The company Able contracted out to never called to confirm my pick-up. I had to follow-up with them several times before someone eventually showed up to pick up my car. Once at my destination I was told that my car would arrive 10/6-10/7. Since then I have had numerous conversations in which I've received one excuse after the next why my car is not ready to be delivered. Initially the driver was delayed, then the driver was "exhausted" and "needed to rest." The latest is that the truck on which it was transported is broken. When I called Able to help intervene they were useless, made excuses and couldn't assist in rectifying the situation. The best part is that if I'm not available to receive my car they will hold it and charge me additional fees for holding it. This has been an overall highly unpleasant experience and a big drain on my time. I would NOT recommend using Able Auto or Pyramid to ship/transport your car anywhere. In retrospect I would even have paid more for better customer service.
