Good Customer service bad delivery

I found Able auto to be easy to work with, however at the end of my experience I was regretting my decision. Getting the quote and arranging the transportation was very good and easy. Once Able auto assigned my transportation request to one of their carriers, the good service turned into a bad one. Able called me to confirm that the carrier could pick up the same day, and deliver vehicle the next day, I said it was Ok, and they went ahead and assigned it. I called the driver and he said he would pick up vehicle before 3pm on Monday and deliver to me on Tuesday morning by 8am. The vehicle was not picked up in time, and the driver called to tell us that it will be deliver around 6pm instead which is after working hours for us. Then he call again to say the vehicle will be delivered around 8pm so we had employees on stand by to receive the vehicle. Finally the driver call again around 10pm to say he was here. One of our employees came to our office around 10:30pm and did not see anybody, she call the driver, and the driver had unloaded the vehicle about a quarter of mile away from our building. Bottom line, I would not hire this company again.

Able is sorry that the time frame was not what the driver expected when they asked for the order from Able Auto. Truck times do change due to other customers holding them up, weather issues, and mechanical issues with his truck or other vehicles. We do feel bad and I wish you would have contacted Able Auto for we could have assisted you in the delay.
