Vehicle never got picked up, unresponsive, seriously lack customer service

I placed the order about 3 weeks in advance to have my car picked up on 08/01. During the week of pickup I checked with Able almost everyday to see if my order has been tendered to a carrier. I was assured there is nothing to worry about and that the car would be picked up on time.
On 07/30, I received an email from Able that a company called M&G would be picking up my car. When I contacted M&G i was told the car would be picked up on 08/01. On 08/01, I contacted Able Auto since I had not received a call from M&G to schedule pick up. At that point Able told me the truck had mechanical issues and my car would not be picked up. On 08/03 I flew out to TX and now I have no car!!

On 08/02, I contacted Able again to see if they have been able to find a new carrier. The representative was very indifferent to my concerns and said it would take another 1-5 days for the car to be tendered and there is nothing Able can do to help me.

It's 08/06 today and ofcourse I'm still patiently waiting to hear back from Able.
I have a good feeling they will come back and tell me they are unable to find a carrier and I may have to do an expedite service with another carrier paying much more for the move.

My suggestion is, unless you are not concerned about the delivery date, work with another company.
