I just wanted to say that I've heard horror stories about car transport companies, and if they are true, this one is the HUGE exception!I moved from Los Angeles to Nashville this week, and I think the most scary thing was trusting a company to get my car, and to get the car to me in a timely manner.
The customer service person was SO communicative. She explained how it works to me, she gave me updates, and was really nice and friendly. We emailed quite a bit, and I never had to wait for her reply. She was right there with the info that I needed.
The transport person was right on time, called to give updates, really nice and friendly, and he arrived right on time with a great attitude!
