I sent in for a quote online, and shortly received a call from the man that would be handling the service from start to finish for me. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns, allowing me to best understand the process. They checked out fine on the BB website, so I went ahead and booked with them. The only unfortunate part was the amount of time it took for them to get a driver past my available date, so I was unable to be there for the pickup. That was all handled without a hitch, and my car arrived in perfect condition on the other end, so I don't have any qualms about using them again, if I ever have to.
