Looking through the internet to find a company to haul an electric car across the country seemed to be a daunting task... but then we found Abbott Auto Transport. From the first hello they were awesome! We talked to a wonderfully helpfull lady by the name of Christa that walked us through the process of where, when, how, and the most important how much. She was well informed and could answer all of our questions clearly and accurately. Christa made a transaction that was initially a very scary process to one that made us feel very comfortable and secure in their ability to take our GEM from one side of the country to the other. Their cost was quite a bit lower than the other haulers that we contacted, and that was a big plus! We received our GEM right on time... I don't know how they figured almost to the minute when it would arrive, but they did. They were in contact with us the entire time and kept us up to speed on the delivery process. When the GEM arrived it was in perfect condition. If we were to need transport like this again I can tell you we wouldn't call anyone else... they would be our first and only call. I would like to publicly tell them that it was a pleasure to work with them and if anyone we know needs transport like this, they will definitely be the ones we would recommend!!!
