Absolutely trash in service

Was great until I signed my contract. Then it felt like I was chasing the agent down to get any sort of updates or communication. I spoke with Jake and told him I had to get my car moved latest the 18th of June because I was flying out the next day. No communication, I called in, was told for sure it would be moved the following day, the 19th of June. Next day, same scenario except Jake was not out of office, and I had to call Pilar. Again, was told my car wouldn't be moved even though it was already one day past. They had the audacity to say "can you hide your key and leave it at a park," we will likely get it Monday. Imagine the stress of moving, trying to make my flight, and also now scrambling to have my car moved because this company COMPLETELY LET ME DOWN. It was my first experience shipping a car and I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
