About a week ago I received a called from a person named Ana over at AY trucking. They were going to pick a car from to to deliver to a dealer. I informed them the unit was not ready and that i will give ANA a call when is ready for pick up. The message obviously was not understood by her because she kept calling me every single day. Today, Oct 3rd 2013 she called to call me a F*** liar over the phone. Very unprofessional I might say. Very impatient and rude over the phone. Ana isnot a good dispatch to wok with. If you have the chance to talk to someone else in this company, please do.
