ATS transport, operated by Randy Bond, is one of the most dishonest companies we have ever worked with. Randy gave us false delivery dates, told us the car was en route when it hadn't even the shipping yard, told us the car would take 7-10 days to arrive when it actually took 19 days.

He is a broker, not a shipper. The shipper he used was Jay Phillips Transport. Jay Phillips, known throughout the industry as having a very abusive personality, called my wife, was verbally abusive (he used words my wife had never heard before), called her a bitch and threatened to keep our car if we were not home at a specific time.

Sane yourself a lot of heart ache and avoid these two companies like the plague!!!
