My car arrived covered in dirt, which is understandable since it was an open transport. When I went to wash it there were rust spot all over the car. I called the dealership who told me the car was not like that when it left the dealership. Therefore the driver went through some area where my car was covered in rail dust. I have to pay for my car to be buffed out because of something that was the drivers fault. Also, ATI told me they would reimburse me for the work that had to be done. I sent them the invoice and have not heard from them since. They will not respond to my emails, they will not answer my calls, or return any messages. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone! Worst experience ever with transporting a car!
