Ethan at ASAP stayed connected throughout the process. He responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. However, when the carrier delivered the truck I had to go into the enclosed trailer, climb through my truck's window, and drive the truck out of the enclosed trailer myself. (The driver spoke very little English, and made a car driving gesture and pointed to me, multiple times.) I wanted my truck, so I drove it off the trailer. No damage noted. This is why I gave ASAP a rating of 4.
