Contact was made with ASAP on March 19,2010 to pick up the vehicle between May 2 and May 8 The person I spoke to indicated that this would not be a problem. I called on May 2nd to confirm pickup again and was told that there would be no problem. I started calling again on May 6 to find out when the pickup would be finally on May 8th I was told that the earliest date was May 27th. At this point I cancelled my pickup.

I was charged $50.00 for early termination. ASAP terrminated me after indicating that thy could meet my time requirements. This service was terrible. ASAP owes me $50.00
