I would not hesitate to use ASAP Auto again!! From the first phone call, to the actual delivery of the Town Car, there is NOTHING that I would have wished to be have been done differently! LaShawn could tell from my first phone call that I was NERVOUS!! This is the first time I have ever had an auto shipped. The quote that was given for $600.00 was lower than some other places, and at first that worried me, but again, after talking more with LaShawn my fears were calmed. EVERY question I had was answered and she never acted as if I was a bother to her. We had a GREAT telephone and email connection during the entire process. The driver that picked my car up also was wonderful with communication.
There is just nothing that I can think of that I would have wanted to go any differently! The pick up date that was given to me and the delivery date were right on time! Again, all I can think to really say is DO NOT HESITATE IN USING ASAP!!! If you want that customer service and quality shipping, then it is with ASAP! It was so easy and smooth! I just gave LaSaawn the info, she handled everything from there. ASAP will be reccomended from me to EVERYONE I know that ever needs something shipped!! May God bless this company and all transactions that stem from it!
