Well, I found out why they would not return my phone calls. The driver went under a low underpass and smashed to roof of my new Denali from the rear doors back. Ripped off the roof rack, and smashed out the back window. I did hear from LaShawn the day after I left the first report, and she appologized for how she had reacted the day before. She said she would call me back and let me know why the truck had not been delivered. I never heard from her again. Still to this day. The only way I got the shipper to call me back was tell him that I was on the way to his shop to see what the problem was. I found his address by doing a reverse search on his cell phone number. Surprise...he called right back and told me the whole story...now it makes sense why nobody would call me back. When I told him I was on the way to get my truck, he told me it would be a few days, because it was in the body shop. I did not want his guy to fix the truck, and the only thing I can figure is that he was trying to get the truck fixed and then bring it to me. I understand that things happen, and that is why they call it an accident, what I am upset about is that there was no communiction from either of them, and that they had taken my truck to a body shop without talking to me about it. I would feel much different about this experience if I was kept in the loop about my truck. I would not recommend ASAP auto shipping, very poor communication, never returned phone calls, and was very rude about it, told me that once she gave the car to a shipper it was out of her hands, she sure did not say then when she was trying to get my credit card number for the deposit.
