DO NOT BOOK WITH ASAP!!! i think that what this company does, is come in with a lower price than all of the other quotes so that they can get your business. When it is time to arrange for vehicle pick up, I was given a price 300 dollars over my initial quote amount AFTER i paid the deposit. Shawn is very rude and often talked over me or cut me off when I would discuss shipping issues with her. I wish I would have gone with another company. The only reason why I did not go with another company for transport is because my flight was scheduled and i did not have the option of booking with and waiting for another company. I have contacted the BBB and other consumer reporting agencies about ASAP...DO NOT USE THEM!!!
