Scam!! Do not deal with Dinah Buckley

At first before signing the contract , I told him my situation , I will be on San Diego on 24th to pick up the car and need to be ship back to San Francisco , and that's the only day I would be there, and he said it he got a driver will do it for me for 430 on that day, and sent me the contract , i signed for it, and 3 days later when I asked him , he told me didnt thing, said still looking for the driver who willing to do it , oh man this is a lie, at first he told me he got the driver already, and now he said o driver , totally mess up my schedule , of cause I have to cancel it and get my own way to tow it back, I do not have time to waste, and he charged me 200 for the cancellation fee I wouldn't sign for the contract if he can't comfirm there is a driver will do it for 430, do not deal with Dinah Buckley, totally a scam!!

We are deeply sorry for the inconenience. As it states in our contract which you signed. If you choose to cancel before our pick up window, an administration fee is charged to cover fuel, labor and expenses used to process your order. We also advised that you may use the fee we charged as a credit for any future shipment you book with us. You also must understand that it is impossible for our company and our drivers to work for free and have expenses from your order. Also every customer has the right to cancel with us and have no fee charged as long as they cancel one week after the estimated shipping date agreed upon. In this case you did not wait for the 7 day window to pass, thus why you were charged the admin fee. We hope you reconsider your rating and allow us to provide this fee as a credit to any future order as a courtesy. Sometimes in very few cases a driver may cancel but, we can always reassign your vehicle to one of our different drivers available.This was not an acceptable option in your opinion for unknown reasons on your behalf. This would have been done at no additional cost as we advised you. And we still had a few days available to do so prior to the estimated pick up date you requested. Please understand that our goal is to provide you the service requested as agreed upon. But if the price you request is below the going rate we strongly advised you about, then a driver may choose to cancel your order to take another order that is paying the correct market rate. This does not mean we will not provide the service. This only means that we need to reassign the order to one of our other drivers. We hope you have a beautiful day.
