ANM (dba Holy Shipping) submitted a bid and guaranteed that they could arrange transport on 1/24/22. They were unable to get transport and still charged my card.
When I called to politely request a refund since services were not rendered, I was instructed to “look over the contract” and the rep hung up on me.
