I went on the website and got a quote to transport my car from KY to Tx. After receiving the quote I was asked for payment. Instead of making the payment I decided to call and ask a few questions. The owner informed me that he doesn’t travel KY during the winter. I simply stated well maybe you should update your website to reflect that since I’ve already gotten a quote and was asked for payment. The owner very rudely stated he changed his mind and he doesn’t have to update anything. After the conversation I leave a review to share my horrible experience. The owner then calls me and sends me texts messages because he isn’t happy with my review. He cusses me out on the phone which again is very unprofessional. Please do NOT do business with this company!!
