Horrible in every way

Aside from an on time pickup this company did nothing correctly. There was a snow storm Thursday before the scheduled Friday delivery. I called dispatch to confirm there would be a delay and was brushed off and told to call the driver. After several minutes trying to understand him, he told me he had arrived 4 hours away from my house, but wouldn't be able to deliver until Monday. Okay, he didn't do weekends, I understood.

Monday at noon I called to get an ETA, I was told rudely that there was an 80% it would be here Tuesday instead. I called dispatch again to see what the delay was and was again told to call the driver who said he was waiting on a part for the truck. Tuesday came and I called the driver who promised he would be here by noon. Not wanting to bug the driver on the road, I called the dispatcher at 2 and was told the truck was in the area. 2 hours later i called the driver to get a new ETA and was told it would be another 2 hours. This happened 2 more times, leaving me stranded at my office until 10 o'clock when the driver finally showed up. Clearly I had been lied too on multiple occasions as a 4 hour trip had taken over 10 hours!

To top it all off the driver struggled to get my car off the trailer, revving it near red line and burning the clutch time after time. I was horrified, but could do nothing about it! Needless to say I will NEVER use them again.

William, Thank you for the business and feedback. We strive to provide the best service possible with honesty and customer satisfaction as our top priorities. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while shipping your vehicle with us. In this case, I believe the driver had a problem with his truck and on top of that, the weather conditions were not great so there was a really long delay. We always give an estimation of 7-10 days but depending on many factors, it can be before or after that time frame. It is also difficult to give an exact time to when deliveries will happen. Sometimes the drivers try to give a time frame looking at their situation at that moment, and they could assume and promise the customer a certain time but as they are driving, it can change. We are constantly working on our time management and accuracy to the best that we can so that events like these do not occur.
