I arranged to have a recently purchased vehicle transported from TX to FL with another shipper. They promised that it would be on it's way within 3 days. 8 days later, it was still sitting in TX. I called Rene, and he all but promised that he'd get a driver that night. I finally agreed, but unfortunately, it was almost closing time. I hoped he would find one the next day, but after my prior experience, I doubted it. I live away from the interstate as well, so it made it harder to find a driver willing to come to my location. Although they did not get a driver the first day, they got one VERY EARLY the second day! Yovanna called me and said that Rene had asked her to contact me. The driver wanted more money, but it was "reasonable" so Yovanna had a new contract sent to me within a few minutes, and within about 10 minutes, I had been called by the driver! Yoanna called me twice and emailed me to "follow up" and make sure everything was going "ok". She even gave me her cell phone number, in case there was a problem. Great job you guys!!!
