ALS Cavalier Convoy is the BEST and sets the standard for the "ultimate customer service" experience. I rate then 10 stars based on honesty, they do what they say they will do, delivered my car ahead of time during the holidays to ensure my car made it back East for a new job. I hired ALS after I shopped on line and ended up with a broker that took my deposit, and failed to show up TWICE for the scheduled pickup. There are lots of these types out there hounding you to sign quickly, promise you everything...then never deliver but blame the customer for their performance! I had Carlos at ALS Cavalier -a true gentlemen with respect for his customers and concern for their transportation needs and concerns. He rescued me from two highly disreputable carriers! He stayed in voice contact with me throughout the entire process! Upon putting down my deposit, within minutes the new driver called me with his estimate for pickup and delivery- another superior honest man like Carlos.

ALS picked up my car earlier than estimated to ACCOMODATE MY NEED AND SCHEDULE! And delivered it in the nations' worse snow storm on schedule and in time. Did I mention my car was a brand new Lexus 2013, no scratches from the transport! What more can I say? The work ethic of Carlos and the company as a whole -ALS Cavalier is hard to find anymore in this country where taking advantage of people and screwing them over is the new normal. HIRE ALS Cavalier, peak with Carlos and experience what business ethics used to be like!! They walk on water!
