I was hoping to move my stuff including some clothes,shoes,boxes and suitcases together with my vehicle. When I first contact ALS they told me the driver would take it if the weight is under 150lb. When I talked to the driver myself, the driver said he will not pick it up unless I unload my car! I will absolutely not unload my car! I'm moving from Washington to Indiana, I cannot bring them with me and I do not want to mail all of these stuff. Then I called ALS again to find another driver. This time the driver was willing to take it and I gave him some tips for picking it up two days early because of my schedule. And after the second day of arriving in West Lafayette, I was told my car arrived. Overall, it's a pretty good experience talking to ALS and get my vehicle shipped. I would recommend.
