When I first started my search, I was a bit apprehensive because I knew next to nothing about this company. Alex and I had a very lengthy conversation as to what to expect from his company to make my transport go as smooth as possible. He was very frank with me about what I was getting for my money, and he wanted me to do the research and read the reviews about his prior experiences with his customers. What I appreciate most is how he and Joanna kept me informed if/when they had earlier dates for pick-ups. I was even given their personal numbers in the event that I would have to reach them, or had uncertainties. Finally, they provided me with an excellent driver, who contacted me before my car would be picked up, as well as how close he was to getting to my destination. In all, it was fantastic service quality and customer service, and I would definitely use ALS again, or as a referral.
