I was very with the customer service I received from ALS. they were with me through the entire process, from getting a driver to the delivery of the vehicle. But I must say that I was very disappointed with the driver " Gregory". he picked up the vehicle a day late and delivered 2 days after the expected date. he never communicated that he was running late, and after 2 days of calling I got in touch with him. the vehicle had to be delivered to a shipping company, and as a result of him being late I had to wait an (extra week!) to receive the vehicle.
