From start to finish AFT was professional and easy to deal with. They called/emailed when they said they would and had no hidden costs/fees. Also, their quote was their quote - another carrier company changed the price just as we were to sign the contract forcing us to start the process over - in hindsight, this was fortunate as it led us to AFT.

The pick-up was originally scheduled for a Sunday. The driver never bothered to call to let my parents know that because he had some other cancellations, he decided that it was not worth his time to pick-up my parents car. Yikes. Fay and David at AFT were extremely helpful and apologetic and understandably upset with their vendor. They made every effort to reschedule the pick-up in a timely manner and according to our travel schedule (car had to be picked up by a certain date and not delivered until a certain date due to my parent's flight date and time). I highly recommend them.

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your honesty and we appreciate your review on OUR staff. Sometimes the need to outsource the vehicle is needed assist with special dates and time frames such as your parents and we are committed excellent service. Rest assured that the first driver has been removed and flagged as to no longer drive for our company. As with all business there are some faults and it's how they correct those faults and their commitment to customer service that shines. I am very proud that Faye and David provided that exceptional service for you and your parent's. Hope you and your's have a Merry Holiday and we look forward to their return in the Spring.
