Warning to anyone that uses this company! You never know the character of a company until you have problems, sure if everything worked out I would be writing a glowing review, but when things go bad that is when the true nature of a company shows through and this company failed miserably. I had contacted this company (Faye) and used them because they seemed to know what they were doing and I was concerned because my car was very low (4") off the ground, I was assured it was not a problem. Well the truck driver showed up late and was in a hurry since he was behind in picking up another car. He noticed that my car was low (I have a sports car), yet he attempted to put it on the trailer, he did not take his time, instead just drove it like it was a SUV and damaged my spoiler. He tried to fix it and then just left. I tried contacting Faye for 3 days, no return calls or answers the phone, finally when I did get through, she acted if it was my fault for not telling her that the car was low, which I did. She got very hostile on the phone and hung up on me. She just emailed me the truck driver insurance info and just told me to make a claim. Traverlers insurance called her to confirm and she hung up on them too. I'm just talking about a $200 spoiler, thank goodness that it didn't do more damage like totalling the car. I just want to say that be careful because when things go bad the last thing you need is a company that doesn't stand by you.

Hello Everyone, P. Kim is not a customer of AFT LOGISTICS INC... After much research he was a customer of a company in MI with a dispatcher named Fay (without the "e") the company was Stateline. We have requested several times for P.KIM to have this review removed from our company and placed with the company that he actually meant to review. No response.
