Car was never delivered even after a month

Car shipment from Calgary, AB to Toronto, ON. I deliveried my car at Calgary Roadside Towing Ltd. on 18th Jan, after making full payment. Time frame to deliver my car was 6 days, unguranteed. If I failed to pick up my car in Toronto when arrived, I was to pay parking fee. I flew to Toronto 30th Jan, still my car wasn't delivered. I called ABR, "Natalia" said " due to weather the truck broke on the way". Since I was leaving the country for 2 weeks, I told her I won't be in Toronto if the car came in on those weeks. She promised not to charge the parking fee. After getting back, I called ABR on Feb 18. Again "Natalia", "The driver got sick, your car will be here on Feb 25th" . I called them on Feb 26th & today, no one answers the phone nor there is voicemail to leave. I sent an email to order@abrshipping.com yesterday saying I'm filing fradulent report on them. I received an email below:
"unfortunately carently we are not able to ship anything from AB.We will give you full refund. You may pick up your vehicle from the sameplace where it was dropped off, please call them at least couple of hoursin advance before the pick up so they could prepare the vehicle and thekey. Please let us know how we can refund the money to you: - check by mail- or interac E-mail money transfer

I called Calgary Roadside Towing Ltd. to inquiry about my car and found out that they don't deal with ABR anymore because of accounting problem....
PLEASE DON'T USE ABR, This is the cheapest transportation company I found online & now I'm dealing with stress.
MAY 10 2013: I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK, INSTEAD I HAD TO PAY PARKING FEE TO RELEASE MY CAR. ARRANGED WITH ANOTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANY TO DELIVERY MY CAR. WENT TO FILE REPORT. INVESTIGATION REPORT: company-US, website-international, account holder- Quebec. SINCE THESE ALL WERE OUT OF PROVIENCE AND MY COST WAS TOO LOW FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION.
