I hope this service improvement will include refunding the lady who's money that ABR still has
for the Kia move from Ontario to Vancouver. I had to arrange another transport service for the Kia because this woman has heard nothing back about her car or money. This is an elderly lady on a fixed income. I am not accusing ABR of wrong doing but suffice to say that someone in the company is not being honest and I'm sure Alex, you will want to put that right.
